Our featured diffusers CRISTA (only with clear glass crystals) and MARINA (with clear and blue glass crystals). In order to avoid confusion, we listed them separately.
Due to handmade nature and glass crafting specifics, our diffusers are exclusive and never-the -same in small scale details. However, we use the same materials, scaling, and processing to reach our creative intent. Please be aware that our products may not look identical to the photo.
💥🎨💥You can also request a CUSTOM DIFFUSER design that is specifically tailored to your preferred style, such as Victorian, Gothic, Celtic, Art Deco, Boho, Wabi Sabi, and so on.

If necessary, we can also assist with project installation.⚡All options include 100 -240V AC to 24V DC class II constant voltage power supply with calculated Wattage based on fixture length. In addition, Tunable 2700K - 5500K option includes 2 in 1 dimmer/ controller set.
🛠️Our lighting is regarded as a plug-in fixture. Linear lighting channels can be mounted on practically any surface, including glass/mirrors and metals. There is no need for a junction box for installation. Low voltage wire can be easily recessed within drywall.

Return a Product
You can return all items purchased at SHEVA web-store for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at yuriy@shevalight.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damage to the Products delivered must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of said Product. After 72 hours, the Product will be deemed to have been sent and received in perfect condition.
If you return a defective or damaged Product to SHEVA and the original packaging is not in good condition, suggesting that the defect or damage to the Product was caused upon delivery, Charles Simon reserves the right to return the Product to you and retain the sale price.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
In the certain cases certain types of items, such as personalized products or special orders are not returnable. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs will be paid by SHEVA for all cases where the product is incorrect or the product defects in materials or workmanship. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind, you want an exchange), you will be responsible for this cost.
